Is there any sales tax? There is no sales tax on tea. Teaware items are subject to sales tax for the residents of Nevada only. top  

What are your shipping rates? All orders received on a business day by 2pm EST are usually shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this or over the weekend will usually go out the next business day. Our US shipping prices are calculated on UPS shipping rates based on weight and location. Or if you prefer us to ship your products via the US Postal Service a flat shipping rate of $5.95 applies or a flat shipping rate of $5.95 for FedEx applies.  

Do you ship to outside the continental United States? Please communicate with us through our Contact Us page if you would like us to ship internationally, Alaska or Hawaii and we will research it. There will be additional cost added to the published rate. top  

How do I send a gift to another address? To send to a different address, simply select or enter a new address in the shipping address section of checkout and enter the gift recipient's address. top  

I need to ship these to two different addresses. Can I combine them into one order to save on shipping? Unfortunately, shipping is charged per package, so all orders going to a separate address must be placed separately and shipping must be charged for each one.  top  

What's up with the rural surcharge?! As you may imagine, it costs more to deliver packages in rural areas. Consequently, both UPS and Fedex charge us extra for rural deliveries. We do not make any money on this surcharge! top
